What is Homestar?

Homestar is an independent national rating tool, administered by the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC), that evaluates and certifies the health, efficiency, and sustainability of New Zealand homes. A Homestar rating provides a clear, independent seal of approval that certifies the environmental attributes of New Zealand’s residential homes.
