Tanja and Brett Woodmass Review

We have engaged Noor to design us a forever home where we would transition into retirement and hopefully live for many years to come.

Our section is close to the sand dunes and the wild Coastlands beach and we wanted to "bring the outdoors in" and feel like we are living in a holiday home. We wanted an energy efficient home and use the materials that will stand the test of time in the harsh environment and have minimal maintenance costs.
We also wanted to have a lovely entertainment space to host our friends and family.

We are very impressed with how Noor's design meets all aspects of our brief. The house layout works so well for us and she created spaces that we can separate and close off for privacy when having guests. The windows, sliding doors and the decks are positioned to take the best advantage of the views.

Noor took us out of our comfort zone when choosing colours for the kitchen and the bathrooms and we are so so glad that we have trusted her. The colours are stunning and the indoors really feels like the part of the amazing outdoors.

We were going through the design and building process during Covid which has impacted us financially. We could no longer afford to go ahead with the stunning original design, but Noor has worked tirelessly with our builder to make some adjustments to help reduce the cost. And we are extremely happy with the result.
