I meet Noor through a mutual friend, she made herself available with viewing the site and teasing through design options and talking through the detail; I live remotely and wasn’t always available to respond, but Noor accepted this graciously and at times made herself available if needed to discuss outside of normal business hours.

Noor had good contacts for contractors, who were efficient, and made the process for consent smooth, even amongst level 4 lockdown. Her background work with surveyor, engineer, builder and council was outstanding.
Thoroughness to ensure design was right and any complications that arose she wouldn’t hesitate seeking advice so nothing was missed before submitting to council, was applaudable.
I have no experience in this field and to have Noor oversee all of this process and to assist me when required made it easy.

Even once the works had started, if I or the builder was unsure, she was there to help; I had a change of plans before the build, and this didn’t phase her to reapply to split the consent.

I have already recommended Noor to others; as her experience, detail and willingness to making sure that things are right means that they are in safe hands and won’t get any surprises.
