Nala Studio Architects have done several pieces of work for me and my extended family. Their work on my Eban Avenue house resulted in a sale price of 35% above CV. They turned my 70s built 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house to a modern, functional 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with a media room.

Their ability to listen to my needs and desires, and incorporate them into the design was truly impressive. Their attention to detail and creative vision helped to transform every aspect of the house. The end result is a space that not only looks amazing but also met all my practical needs. Throughout the project, they maintained clear communication and kept me informed about every stage of the process.

In addition, they designed conceptual plans for my late grandmother's house which allowed developers clarity about the potential of the site. This resulted in a sale price that was 5% above 2021 CV for an original state 1950s house in a buyers' market.
