For Teresa & Ian Pollard, we transformed a dated Mount Eden bungalow into a modern, spacious, and highly functional home tailored to the needs of a growing family.

The renovation included adding a fourth bedroom, an additional bathroom, a media room, a swimming pool, and a sauna while preserving the home's special character under Council regulations.

Thoughtful design solutions maximised functionality, such as built-in storage, multi-purpose spaces, and a secret scullery, while maintaining a seamless indoor-outdoor connection with sliding doors and a frameless glass pool fence.

Despite challenges like Council requirements and unforeseen structural repairs, the end result is a beautifully modernised home that provides a peaceful oasis for the family, allowing them to continue enjoying the neighbourhood they love.
